Use of BookOPD
BookOPD provides OPD token booking, queue visibility, and front-desk workflow tools.
You must provide accurate information while creating accounts, profiles, and bookings.
Account responsibilities
Keep your login credentials private and do not share OTPs with anyone.
Hospitals and staff are responsible for actions performed from their assigned dashboards.
Booking and queue behavior
Token allocation, queue order, late-buffer rules, and hospital-side actions are governed by configured platform logic.
A booking can be rescheduled or cancelled only within allowed policy windows shown in the app.
Payments and fees
Online checkout may include consultation fee, platform fee, and applicable GST.
Offline desk collections are recorded by authorized hospital staff using walk-in flow.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the platform for fraudulent bookings, impersonation, or unauthorized access.
Repeated abuse may lead to account suspension and restricted access.
