Refund handling depends on booking state, payment method, and the cancellation/reschedule rules active for that visit.

Online payments

If online payment is successful and booking remains valid, the token is treated as confirmed.

Refund requests are reviewed against booking status, cancellation timing, and hospital policy.

Walk-in desk payments

Cash and offline UPI payments are collected by hospital staff and recorded as desk settlements.

Any desk-payment adjustment or refund is handled by the respective hospital administration.

No-show and late arrival cases

No-show outcomes and late-buffer transitions may affect refund eligibility.

How to request help

Use the in-app support channel or contact help with your booking ID and visit date.

Our team coordinates with the relevant hospital for a final resolution when required.
